That's why we will help you rapidly identify and resolve the roots of your challenges so you can get back to high performance.

“Teams with a high level of psychological safety are more innovative, productive, make better decisions and are more accountable.”

Team Dynamics Diagnosis

Team collaboration often stalls due to personal differences, unresolved tensions, and perceptions. We begin by observing team meetings and speaking to team members one to one to identify the problem dynamics and factors affecting performance.

We report back with a specific plan for resolving the challenges identified. This may include recommendations for one- to-one coaching and facilitated team conversations.

“Emotions are contagious.

How you feel after an interaction is often what the other person was feeling but couldn’t verbalise. Emotional intelligence, self-awareness and conflict resolution skills are essential.”

Teams need a favourable environment, with clear team norms, strategies, and processes for accountability, collaboration and alignment.

Any major challenges with intrapersonal dynamics are best identified and resolved before facilitated sessions. Once individuals can come together, it's time to focus on the team outcomes and the way the team comes together to achieve them.

We can either lead or support your team sessions, to ensure open and productive conversations.

These sessions can bring teams together to create and build:

  • Trust

  • Openness, honesty and psychological safety

  • Responsibility and accountability

  • Full engagement in team outcomes.

  • Strategies for innovation

  • Strategies for problem solving

  • Strategies for collaboration

  • Processes for decision-making and consensus-building

  • Rules of engagement for managing disagreements and resolving conflicts

We will help your teams find a deeper level of connection, cohesion, and communication to help them move forwards in challenging times.  We will help you have those cards-on-the-table discussions and support you in your trust-building, conflict resolving, collaborative, high-performing team journey!

Is Team Dynamics Consulting For You?
Team Dynamic Diagnosis

Are your team’s current dynamics preventing alignment and growth?

Are you experiencing some of the following challenges? If so, talk to us today about how we can help.

Relationship Barriers:

Personality differences or lack of trust or psychological safety are preventing the team from having open, productive conversations necessary in order to perform.

Lack of Accountability:

Verbal commitments made in meetings aren’t followed through. Prioritising personal goals over the team goals. Individuals make excuses for or hide failures.

Communication Breakdowns:

Defensive body language, disrespect, passive aggression. Lack of open, honest and respectful dialogue.

Lack of Strong Leadership:

Team leader is struggling to motivate and engage the team. Their leadership style is mismatched to the style required by the team.

Low Engagement and Motivation:
Team members may be showing signs of disengagement or lack of motivation, resulting in a decline in collaboration, creativity, and productivity.

Conflict Avoidance:
Rather than addressing issues head-on, team members may avoid confrontation, leading to simmering tensions and unresolved conflicts that eventually escalate.

Resistance to Change:
Teams that are resistant to new strategies or structures often stagnate, missing out on growth opportunities and innovative solutions.

Decision-Making Paralysis:
A team that struggles to make timely, decisive choices due to over-analysis, indecision, or fear of failure can slow down projects and create frustration.

Siloed Thinking:
Team members may work in isolation, focusing only on their own tasks and not considering the broader goals of the team, leading to a lack of collaboration and alignment.
